Five fab prizes to be won to see the Zog live stage show in theatre!
The prize draws are open to UK residents excluding those individuals who are professionally involved in the promotion. Entrants under the age of 18 must receive parent/guardian permission to enter. If a winner is under the age of 18, their parent/guardian must accept the prize on their behalf.
The promotions are available online only at www.Argos.co.uk and www.tu.co.uk. They are not available to enter in-store but will be advertised as enter online.
The promotional period is 12 February 2019 to 6 March 2019 inclusive. The promotional period ends at 23:59 on 6 March 2019. Entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
There are four prize draws. Only one entry per draw per entrant.
The first draw relates to Universal Orlando Resort. There are three other draws relating to Roald Dahl, David Walliams and Julia Donaldson (each a "Promotional Author").
To enter, visit www.Argos.co.uk or www.Tu.co.uk during the promotional period and click through the banners on the homepage. There will be a banner for Universal Orlando Resort and for each Promotional Author. Entrants must choose which promotion they wish to enter by clicking on a promotional banner and then clicking on the prize draw link. Each entry will require the provision of personal information including your name, contact details, email address and contact telephone number.
Each entrant may enter each prize draw once only during the Promotional Period. They may enter at either Argos.co.uk or Tu.co.uk but not both. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entrants must provide their own real contact details and accept the privacy policy. We may disqualify entries where we have reasonable grounds to suspect breach of this one entry policy.
No purchase is necessary.
The prizes for each prize draw are as follows:
For Universal Orlando Resort. There is one prize of a seven (7) night, eight (8) day trip ("Trip") to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando for Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a "Guest"). Trip will include:
round-trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial international airport near Winner's home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida;
Non-exclusive ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Orlando. UK Transfers not included;
3-Park Explorer tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks,and Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park, for Winner and up to three (3) Guests;
Seven (7) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites (Opening August 2019) or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion).
Admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
The Fair Market Value ("FMV") of Prize is Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy and 36/100 United States Dollars (USD $11,370.36). FMV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Prize will not be awarded.
Trip must be completed by 6 March 2020 or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Promoter approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner.
Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges.
Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando. Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. doing business as Universal Orlando Resort is a prize provider of this prize only in this promotion; is not a promoter or sponsor of this promotion; and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Universal Orlando and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond Universal Orlando's control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any disputes or claims against Universal Orlando arising out of the redemption, use, or misuse of the Prize provided by Universal Orlando or fulfilment thereof pursuant to this competition shall be subject to the laws of the State of Florida, USA and the courts of the County of Orange, State of Florida, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to such claims.
For Promotional Author Roald Dahl. There is one prize of:
tickets to the musical Matilda for a family of four
overnight stay in a London hotel in a family room.
a family ticket to the Roald Dahl Museum;
one bundle of Roald Dahl merchandise including dress up costumes.
UK Travel costs are included.
Any other expenditure is the responsibility of the winner.
For Promotional Author David Walliams. There is one prize of:
tickets to see Billionaire Boy – Live On Stage for a family of four at 7pm on Saturday 2nd November 2019 at Richmond Theatre;
includes a backstage meet-and-greet with the cast of the show;
one David Walliams book bundle, including a signed copy of Bad Dad and Billionaire Boy;
Standard class return train tickets for four within the UK;
hotel accommodation on 2nd November 2019
All other expenditure, food and souvenirs is not included.
For Promotional Author Julia Donaldson. There are five prizes of:
family tickets (each for five people) to the Zog theatre show;
one signed book and one merchandise bundle;
Each prize can be taken at any available venue until the end of the current tour (finishing on 27 July 2019 at Bradford). Tickets are subject to availability. Maximum three adults per party of five.
Travel, meals, souvenirs and spending money are not included.
The winner of each draw will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. Proof of electronic submission is not proof of receipt.
Each entrant may win only one prize per draw during the promotional period.
Each draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of the promotional period and each winner will be notified using the personal details provided at entry. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner chosen. Winners under the age of 18 must receive parental/guardian permission to receive a prize and must be accompanied by an adult at all prize events.
Entrants at Argos.co.uk and Tu.co.uk agree their entries and personal data will be amalgamated for the purposes of determining a winner. The amalgamated data will be held by Argos.co.uk. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of these Promotions by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed to it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available Tu.co.uk & Argos.co.uk.
Prizes will be dispatched to each winner by courier. A signature may be required on receipt.
There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, it will be forfeited and an alternative winner chosen. The prize must be taken by the winner and is not transferrable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative of equal or greater value should the prize not be available for reasons outside their reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion without notice in the event of technical or unforeseeable or force majeure events outside its control with no liability to any entrant.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to release Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Ltd ("Warner") and its parents and affiliates and hold them harmless, so far as is permitted by law, from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with entry or participation in the Promotion, participation in any Promotion-related activity or use of the Prizes or any other prize received.

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw which may include publicizing their name and photograph in any media.
Each entry into the prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
